Quiz slide

Sep 28, 2016

I'm having problems with some quiz slides reading and viewing accurately in published view.

My first problem is- When I publish and preview a file the quiz slides answer options (radial buttons) are already selected so the user already knows the answer to the quiz slide.

My second problem is- JAWS is reading the acronyms wrong and since I can't specifically add alternate text to my answer lines per sentence or answer option. How do I fix the words/acronyms alternate text?

Thanks

Hi Tami,

For issue 1, are you able to share a copy of these slides so that we could take a look at how they're set up? I know I've by accident clicked on one of the choices on a slide and changed it's state to selected - and well than that appears in preview!

As for the alt text, what type of quiz questions are you using? You should be able to see them in the timeline at the bottom and select each to right click and add the alt text as needed. But no way I know of to change what JAWS reads.
