I have built a 6 question quiz where the user can retry if failed. I have the Retry Quiz button set up to bring the user back to the first question, which it does, but when the user is brought back for the retry, the user cannot click on any options. I have each slide property set to Reset to Initial State and have also tried Automatically Decide but neither have worked. Help!
Hi, A A -- Sorry for your troubles! May I ask if you are also finding the same behavior when you test your course in the environment where it will ultimately be accessed by your learners? Also, if you are able to share your file or a sample that illustrates the behavior you are seeing, that would enable others to take a look at how things are set and assist you further.
Does your retry button also still include the "reset results trigger" just before the "jump to slide trigger"? If not, that could be why they aren't able to be clicked on within your project as the slides themselves are not reset. You could look at changing that to see how it behaves for you. Additionally I'd recommend using the built in "retry" button from the results slide option vs. creating your own, as that will automatically insert those triggers. If you still need to share privately you can always send along directly to our Support engineers by uploading a copy of your file here.

I did notice the same error in a published environment as well as in a development environment.
