I have created a quiz with 3 multiple choice questions. Each question has 3 options. When the user selects the correct answer and hit the submit button they get a congratulations and the quiz moves to the next question. However when the user selects the wrong answer and hit the submit button, nothing happens. The user then needs to hit the submit button a second time to get the "sorry" message. Any ideas what I may have done wrong? I am using Storyline 360.
Do you have the story file you can share? the file that opens in storyline? It seems like just a trigger issue since you are using a custom submit button.
