Quiz time-out pop-up hangs

First post! New to SL, so far figuring out stuff and getting help on the board, thanks.

So, I'm building a scenario using multiple choice for branching. I want to use the timer, and when I test time-out condition the time-out popup hangs. Clicking OK, does not clear it and unable to retry. SS shows the results slide, which popup OK opens, but popup blocks selecting Replay. Shouldn't the popup clear on clicking OK?

Unfortunately, Jim, this is a known issue. The Articulate team is aware of it.

To get around this, we built our own timer in Flash and set it up to communicate with Storyline. A sample and the Flash files can be downloaded from the links in this thread.
