Quiz with no correct answer

That's probably what I want. Is it possible to convert Quiz questions to Survey questions?

No, you have to start over.

You can mix survey and scoring questions in a quiz, if that might help.

I did, but I wasn't able to track the score. I need a score to tell the learner which diurnal type thy are.

Hi Gerry,

I know this situation is 5 years old but I'm in the same pickle and can't seem to find a solution.

I want graded scoring but no right or wrong answers visible to the players. 

I almost achieved this but for one glitch (see attachment): at the top of the customised feedback I created, there is still a title I can't turn off that says "incorrect" to all options if I don't select a correct answer, or "correct" to one and "incorrect" to the others. 

But I can't make them all be "correct" or just have no title, only the customised feedback.

Please help. Thanks.
