Quizes and other activities not working in Web published format

Hi,

I have created a course with many different types of quizzing slides.

I did not want the traditional incorrect/correct slides etc so i created my own answer layer, with the feedback option disabled and created a trigger so that when submit was clicked it went to my newly created answers layer.

This worked fine on previews, only now i have published the scenes via web, none of the quiz slides work. Once the submit button is pushed they either go immediately to the next slide or there may be a slight pause ont he answers layer (slight meaning a fraction of a second)n before again going to the next slide.

This is driving me nuts, anyone able to offer a solution?
