Hi David and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!

You can modify the "Invalid Answer" prompt in the text label settings. 

To do so, click on "Player" followed by "Text Labels". Here you can change the language of the labels, or you can edit the text manually and provide custom text. 

It should look something like this:

It sounds like you're talking about the "invalid answer" prompt? You can change that within the player text labels, and set all of them to French. 

If you'd rather change the look and feel of that prompt, you can use the method here to create your own customized invalid answer layer.
