Quizz ID!

Oct 17, 2013

Hello all,
I am in the process of getting a LMS built for me and I will be creating courseware in Articulate. The IT Engineer asked this question:
I am in the process of testing your packages under the LMS and have come across an unusual implementation of the SCORM standard. With each interaction, the SCORM standard specifies that each interaction (question) has a unique id, typically, 0,1,2,3,4...  In the sample you sent me, this id always stays at zero. Is this something which is configurable in Articulate?
I sent him a simple five question quizz built with Storyline.
Can anyone guide me in the right direction?
Thanks Michael

Hi Michael and welcome to Heroes!

Yes, each question should have it's own question id (you'll see here how it should communicate the data to the LMS) but it's not something editable, it's generated automatically when you create a new question. Have you tested the published version to see what type of data you get when someone runs through the quiz? You could test it yourself at SCORM Cloud.
