I assume that you are asking on how to track the results of the quizzes. If that is the case, there are many different ways on how you can do that, but it mostly depends on how you are publishing your project.
If your client or organization is using an LMS that supports either AICC, SCORM, and/or Tin Can, you should be able to run a report for the results. The kind of reporting possible comes down to the LMS. Each one is usually different.
The quiz will send all reporting data to your LMS, including specific information on individual questions and answers. For starters, I'd recommend taking a look at this extremely useful article on troubleshooting Articulate / LMS issues:
In the article, you'll learn exactly what data Articulate sends to an LMS (the way the data is reported is up to the LMS), as well as information on how to test your content on SCORM Cloud.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to reach out if you have any follow-up questions and I'll be happy to help.

The articulate storyline course will be run through your cloud not our LMS.
Hello Lissbeth,
Are you referring to Review 360? Review 360 is used to collect feedback from stakeholders but is not a hosting solution for your learners.
If you need to track learners' progress and results, another great option is to use your own learning management system (LMS).
