Quizzes in Safari
Aug 03, 2015
Our quizzes created in Storyline 2 won't move on to the results slide in Safari on some but not all devices. We have tested on two Mac's side by side, both using the same version of Safari, submitting the same answers throughout the quiz and on one Mac the quiz completes and shows the results slide but on the other it freezes on the answer of the last question. Has anyone else come across this issue?

Hi, Julie -- Welcome to the community!
Sorry to hear of the issues your are experiencing, and I'd like to ask a few questions to gather a bit more background info, if I could. Are you publishing for an LMS? You may find this information on Publishing and Sharing your content to be of assistance, and if you are publishing for LMS, have you had the opportunity to test your content in the SCORM Cloud to see how it behaves in that testing environment?
In addition, there are a few general troubleshooting steps we can run through to rule out the causes of some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
Please let us know if issues persist, and you are welcome to share your .story file here if you would like us to take a closer look.
Hi, We are still having this problem in mobile safari where the last question wont move on to the results slide. I have tried all the above and nothing fixes the issue. Is there something on the results slide that doesn't work with HTML5?
Any help would be gratefully received.
Hi, Julie -- I'm sorry to hear that issues persist, and thank you for running through the troubleshooting steps above. Would it be possible for you to share your file so that we are able to do some testing for you on our end?
