quizzes not functioning on tablets

I am having a curious issue with quizzes built in storyline 2, published as scorm, deployed through Blackboard learn. They work fine on a pc but a student has had problems with them on an ipad and i have replicated the problem on my galaxy tab

using the tablet browser not the articulate app.

The problem is - when you complete a quiz it returns a score of zero and when you review the quiz it shows the red incorrect bar at the bottom while showing that the answer was correct.

 

Is this a tablet bug or is it something to do with the storyline/lms settings?

Hi,

i am not using the mobile app so these courses are being accessed via mobile browsers so i don't understand why it would function differently on the tablet version of firefox to how it functions on the pc firefox.

I have  never managed to get the mobile app to work well on my android tablet so that feature has not been enabled.

UPDATE for anyone who may be following along here. One of our support Engineers offered the following:

"I've reviewed your project file and was able to duplicate the issue. This is a known issue where quiz questions are scored incorrectly in Articulate Storyline 2 when these conditions are true: 

* You've configured your quiz to submit answers all at once. 

* You're viewing HTML5 output. 

See this article for details, and rest assured that this issue is already in the hands of our Quality Assurance engineers for their review. 

I'll be sure to keep you posted should any information becomes available!"

This discussion is a bit older - can you tell us what Storyline version you're using and what iOS you're using to view the courses? It would be great to also know where you're hosting the content and if you could share a copy of the .story file here with us!
