You could use a pick one survey question as Ryan suggested. If you want a quiz with scores or feedback you can create freeform questions for your quiz.
I ended up using the 'pick one survey question' then added a trigger to a 'submit answer' button that jumped to the next slide which said "That was the correct answer! ... In fact they were all correct answers!" - This particular quiz is regarding how people perceive different 'visual perception images'
Love those visual images that are a trick of the eye! Old man playing saxophone or portrait of a lady? Took me a minute to find another other than the lady.

Hi Louis,
You could use the Survey Questions Slide. 'Pick One' is a multiple choice form that you could use. Hope this helps.
