Quizzing capabilities

I have a pretty large assessment that includes multiple question types, and am having a hard time figuring out how to get it to work in Storyline (which may not be the best option.)  The quiz includes the following types: label, short answer, multiple fill in the blank, multiple choice, matching etc.  First, I can't figure out how I would grade short answer because everyone will type their answer differently.  Also, with the matching, I would like to give point credits/values for correct answers versus making the entire question incorrect if they only miss a few but not all.  And last, I need to have a multiple fill in the blank option versus just one, is that possible?

This is a written assessment that we would like to convert to online, but at this point, I'm thinking that may not be possible.
