Radio buttons

I apologize ahead for this rookie question. I've just started with Storyline and, of course, love it! I want to display three radio buttons and change layers depending on which button is selected. But when I insert the radio button, it doesn't show up as a button in the list of triggers so I can add a trigger to it. I've got to be missing something simple!?!?

And I want to add my name to those who want to be able to create tables in SL....canonot believe that feature is missing!?

You can still click on the radio button and add a trigger by clicking on Create a New Trigger. It just doesn't automatically add it to the trigger pane like inserting some of the other buttons does.

I've been searching around here and it looks like there's no built-in way to format numeric variables. Is that correct?

Hi Carrie,

Can you tell me a bit more what you mean by format? Are you looking to change their font, size, etc? You should be able to select them as normal and change the font, bold, etc. You'll want to be sure to pick up both % signs. Also, here is an additional tutorial on Adding Numeric Variables

Ashley and Leslie, for some reason, I never saw these posts, so sorry for the very late response! Ashley, I need to format numbers to display with commas and two decimal places, i.e. financial format. Leslie, I've glanced at the link you have here and will study it further to see if it provides just commas or commas and two decimals.
