Radio buttons not showing in preview

Jul 05, 2018

Good morning all,

I've created some question slides in Storyline 360.  I've added the radio buttons to the slide, I've added a submit button, converted the slide to a freeform slide, set the correct answer, added correct and incorrect feedback and when I preview the slide or scene the radio buttons are missing form the slides.

This is not happening on all of the ones that I have created, just most of them.

I've attached a picture of 3 screen prints of the issue.

Does anybody have any suggestions to rectify this issue?

Regards,

Steve

Hi Steve,

Did you attempt to turn off the Shuffle? That's the one workaround for that issue Michael linked too.

I hadn't seen the difference in desktop vs. mobile, but I'd love to take a look at your .story file if you're still having issues after changing the shuffle. Can you upload a copy here using the Add Attachment button?

Hi Ashley,

Thank you for getting back to me.

Turning off the shuffle does work, but ideally I want the answers to be shuffled if the end user needs to do the knowledge check again.

I tried the Hide Background Graphics option, which did display the bullet points but removed the graphics, which is not what I'm after either.

Alyssa Gomez has reported the issue 13 days ago, do you know when a fix is due?
