Random errors causes by lag?


I have a scorm (Tin Can API) file hosted on Scorm Cloud. I have experienced alot of errors, for instance:

* Hotspots are missing
* Sometimes jumping ahead in video files
* Some triggers not triggering (getting stuck due to triggers not triggering) etc.

Sometimes most things work and the next time almost no hotspots works. I´ve tested the course alot (prewiev mode in Storyline) and everything works fine when previewing.

The course is based heavily on video and the scorm-file is about 5 GBs large. Might these problems be caused by lag? Do you have any experience with this?

I´m in dire need of help.
