Random Issue storing data with Cornerstone

Hi...
We have a serious issue with our main costumer. Some of our courses do not store any data - completion, note- on exit. The LMS is Cornerstone and we have put a "exit" button to force store data but it seems not working with some lms users.
We have not this issue never in our tests at scormcloud so we are totally blind about waht's happening.

Someone can add some light, same experience, a clue?

Hi Juanjo,

Sadly, I won't be much help with Cornerstone issues - but it's good to know that it's working in SCORM Cloud. It's a sign that the file is published, packaged, and uploaded correctly.

Have you already reached out to the Cornerstone admin or their Support team? If not, I'd suggest starting there and sharing the information on how it does behave in SCORM Cloud. 

Also, there's a popular discussion here with a lot of Cornerstone users! It may get lost if you post a new reply there, but you could try reaching out to a few individuals directly if they have the "Contact me" enabled on their profile.
