Since a couple of weeks I get bug alerts from some of my users. I built a course with custom navigation buttons on each slide and disabled the navigation buttons in the Player.
Sometimes some users get to see both: my custom navigation plus the Player navigation buttons on top.
They all have the same Setup and the bug is not reproducible. Is it a well known bug? Or is it a Problem with our Firewall (because of the SWF files)?
Those random bugs are the hardest to catch, but I'm sorry to hear that your users are experiencing this.
If you're able to identify a common slide or way to reproduce, please be sure to share your .story file so that we can take a look and assist. I'm not aware of a common issue similar to what you are describing here.
