Occasionally a user experiences a question coming up blank qith the random question draw feature. We've had this happen many times before and usually the user passes without needing the extra question. However, a user reached out today and had multiple questions come up blank.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? What might be the reason for this glitch/bug?
Sorry to hear you're running into blank slides during a question draw! Is this only happening after the course has been published? I'd be curious to test in a different environment like SCORM Cloud to see if I get the same results.
Are you comfortable with sharing your .story file for testing? You can share it publicly here, or privately with us here. We'll delete it when we nail down what's going on!
This is only happening after publishing. Additionally, it doesn't always happen to everyone. I'll load the file privately as it is to large to share here. This is happening with 6 files, but I will share just one for now unless you need more. Also, two of the exams do not use random question draw and it still happens on those occasionally as well.

Since no one can seem to reproduce the issue it's a tough one to figure out. We use exams in a much different way from most of the companies we and our LMS have chatted with. The setup and complexity also make it fairly unique as we have come to find with the majority of the test issues we have encountered.
