Random question draw with reviewable saved answers

Hello,

I have set up a question bank from which to randomly draw questions.  I would like the learner to only submit the answers upon quiz completion (I know how to do that), and I would like the learner to be able to review the saved answers.   The challenge I have is when I pull in random question, if I hit review, a whole new set of random questions appears and the answers are not saved.   How can I set it so the learner can review the same random questions with saved answers before hitting submit?
