Randomised Question Banks

Hi,
I've recently been doing some investigation with randomised question banks, after multiple courses had been showing signs of repeating questions when retaking.
I've created a basic question bank, containing 10 questions, and pulling in 3 at at random each time.
It appears that after the third or fourth attempt, you only then ever come across first three questions within that bank from then on (but in a different order - e.g 3,2,1/1,3,2/2,1,3).

Hi Alex,
If you're using Storyline 360, take a look at the update that we released just today! It fixes the issue where question draw always show the same set of questions on quiz retry during the fourth and succeeding attempts.
Take a look at all the important fixes and new features that you'll see in the release notes here.
