I have a course with a 100 question test bank, divided into 10 test banks, where one question is randomly pulled from each of the test banks. During testing, it seems like the test hangs at question #4, and requires the user to close the course. When they re-launch the course and are asked if they'd like to resume where they left off, although they answer yes, they are taken back to the beginning.
Can you tell us a bit more about where you're testing this course (web server, lms, etc.) and what browser you're using to view the course? Also what update of Storyline are you using? We're currently on Update 6. If you'd like to share the .story file here with us we'd be happy to take a look and see if we can replicate the behavior. You can attach it here using the paperclip icon.
I built the course on Update 5. It is being tested on an LMS. Will confirm what browser the client is using.
I'm having trouble attaching the .story file. It's quite large and I keep getting a message that there is a server error. I'm able to attach the output files, if that helps. Thanks for agreeing to look at them on your end.
Thanks for the output files, and I'll also want to take a look at the .story file. I'll open up a case on your behalf, and you'll receive an email with information on how to share your files with me directly. Please look for the email to come from Support@articulate.com
