I am not able to hear the voiceover and other audio in my e-learning course through the headset although it works with the speakers. I am also able to hear other audio in Youtube videos etc. Is it because of my computer settings or the way the e-learning course was published?
Just to verify- are you having these audio issues while previewing directly in Storyline or only once the course is published?
We're seeing an issue impacting audio through headphones while previewing in Storyline based on recent changes in Flash Player. This article give steps on how to resolve that.
However, this shouldn't impact the published course itself. If you're having this happen once the course is published, can you share your unpublished .story file here so I can do some testing? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment.
