thanks Bruce. Another question; im having trouble when publishing to web... after i publish and click view your project, it comes up fine in a new web page but then when i go to copy the web address and email it to another employee the link doent work.
Just about to go out for the day so cannot spend any more time on this now I'm afraid, however, have you gone through the tutorial here?
It's pretty detailed, (choose links from the main page too).
The Web page that you see is probably a C:\..\..\..\..\ i.e on your PC (look at the url), so you will need to get the files (which will all be in the folder you chose on your PC), over to a Web server before they can see it, and just point them to the story.html file.
To send someone a URL, it needs to be hosted on a web server. If your company doesn't have one, you could use dropbox or Articulate's tempshare site.
If you're not wanting to put it up on a server, then you'll need to zip the published output and send it to the viewers. They then would need to unzip it & launch the "story.html" file.

Only via the .story file, which you then need to re-compile into the playable course.
