Re-Entry problem in Storyline

I produced a course using storyline that has several short quizzes at the end of each topic section.  The navigation and quizzes work great when first taking the course (Published to Scorm1.2 and housed on our Moodle based LMS).  However, when a user exits the course after taking some of the quizzes, and then returns later to finish the course and take the remaining quizzes, after an answer is selected (mult. choice) and the user tries to use the submit button, nothing happens in the quiz.  The refresh button then will produce a "Next" button that allows the user to move to the next question.  The answer is counted in the grade, which is good, but I am trying to figure out why the quizzes are working as designed during first entry, but the submit button does not work correctly upon re-entry to finish.

Any ideas?

It sounds like it could be related to exceeding the suspend data limits, but to be sure, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Peter,

I followed your instructions and it appears that the problem is in the software and not the LMS.  I was able to recreate the situation exactly in SCORM Clooud.  The funny part is that it seems that, when I return to the course and try to take a new quiz, if I select the incorrect answer, the submit button works.  The problem only occurs with the correct answer.

Following your advice, I have submitted a detailed help request and am waititng to hear back.
