I'm new to Storyline and I'm trying to remove the white background from an image, but it also removes a portion on color I want to keep that's on a soccer ball.
In PPT, it had a function where we could 'Mark as Keep'. Is this available and I'm just unsure where to find it?
I've run into this same issue numerous times. My workaround is to put a white circle behind the ball so the white is still there when the TRANSPARENT COLOR option removes the color from within the ball as well.
Then GROUP the circle with your ball, then animate the group instead of the ball itself.
Let us know if Jerry's suggestion doesn't help - as then it may be helpful to take a look at the image in question! You are always welcome to share images or a copy of your .story file using the Add Attachment button at the bottom of the discussion reply.
