I'm getting started with Storyline 2 and find my old laptop (4 year old ThinkPad - core i3 M370 2.40ghz, Ram 4 gb, Windows 7 pro 64 bit, plenty of free HD space) is having problems, usually when Publishing to HTML. Everything freezes before completion. The file I'm playing with has 16, ~30sec MP4 videos (embedding the files like this this may be a problem in itself and another question I should be asking.)
Anyone have a recommendation for a new machine, or what specs I should look for?
There is an older thread here, and I've seen a few others floating around. Although most of those deal with Storyline 1, you may get a sense of some newer options since the purchase of your 4 yr old laptop. You'll also want to check the minimum system requirements listed here.
