What settings specifically are you referring to? The best practice for using an MP4 in Storyline is really just to use the highest quality video you can, and then Storyline takes it from there
I have loaded a video (MP4) in my Storyline 2 module, but when it plays through our LMS it does not bookmark. Am I missing a setting that will allow storyline to feed this information back to the LMS. It bookmarks between slides, but if I am in the middle of watching the video and have to close the course, when I return later I have to start over from the beginning of the video. Any suggestions?
I have lots of problems with video. I make my video's in Final Cut Pro. Maybe there the problems start? What are the best settings to make a MP4 that I'm gonna use in Storyline 3?

Hi Andrea,
Videos within Storyline won't bookmark to where the user left off on the video element, but as you mentioned it'll bookmark what slide the user is on.
Hopefully others in the community are able to offer you some additional ideas or suggestions.

Hi Arjen,
What kinds of problems are you running into? I know a lot of folks here use Final Cut Pro or similar tools, and an MP4 should work great in Storyline.
There are some helpful tips and best practices here to have the best quality in your Storyline courses.
Thanks for that! I'm gonna dive into it.
