Record Screen

For the last several months, the record screen, in Storyline 360 has not captured the intended area selected.  A corner of the area shows, audio is fine, but I can't actually "record screen". This issue (attached) has been happening for several months, through several updates.

It's such a useful feature I'd love to get it working again if anyone has suggestions.

Hi Wendy!

Are you using an external monitor by chance? If so, we've noticed similar behavior when either recording when an external monitor is plugged in and recording a screen located on the external monitor.

I'd recommend unplugging the external monitor while recording to see if that helps! Please let us know if you still see the same issue.
