I am having trouble using Record Screen in Storyline 3. I want to run a PowerPoint slide show with the Articulate Record Screen window overlaid on the PP slide show. I hit record and Articulate seems to be working correctly but when I'm finished and try and save the presentation the saved content in Storyline is just a blank slide. There is nothing there, not even the audio voice recording I made. The mic sound level bar is showing that sound is coming into the computer from my mic.

Hey Danny,
Are you running the PowerPoint presentation fullscreen, or is it in a smaller window? Try a smaller window if you haven't already.
Also, does this problem happen when you record other software windows or web browser windows?
