I have Windows 8 and I have installed storyline2. I started choice screen video record and I saved the video to single slide, but preview mod does not show the video. I enclose a recording screen.
Thanks for reaching out here. We're aware of a bug that has been identified in Adobe Flash where the latest update of Flash breaks certain things such as preview. You can read more about the bug here, and follow the steps to revert back to an earlier version of Flash to solve the issue. To confirm that is what you're running into before downgrading you could also look at publishing the file first, and seeing how that version behaves as the published output is not impacted. You'll want to confirm that you're testing the published output in the intended publish environment.
