Record screen storyline 3_how to type a text

Hi!
I' m trying to create a course in Storyline 3, that contains a scene with record screen. In this record screen I chose Try Mode_Step by step in order for the learner to type numbers and words. The problem is that when I record my screen I type a word in upper greek letters, but when I preview my scene, the word that I typed when recording the screen is not accepted. Instead , the orders of the storyline tell me to type the word ÌÁÑÉÁÍÈÇ (for example) that doesn't even look like the original word. I tried to set a variable for the right word but even then the story told me that I typed the wrong word.
So, my question is: how can I set variable so that the learner could type the right word, the one that I typed when I record the screen?

It sounds like Storyline's screen recording tool isn't picking up the correct text for the Try Mode slide.
Would you mind sharing a sample of your file with me so I can take a closer look? Also, be sure to let me know which slide is giving you trouble, and what the original word should be for that slide. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I don't have the permission to send you even a sample of my file. However, it seems like we came to a solution about the correct words. The system now appears the correct word but doesn't accept the learner to write it. In particular, the storyline completes itself the correct word in the field and doesn't let the user write/dial it.
