Hello
I'm very new to Articulate Storyline and I haven't seen this question directly.
I need to present a flow, a demonstration of an application.
The issue is that I can't run this application on my computer and need to run it from Teamviewer logging onto a PC which is in the correct VLAN.
The recording goes fine (it seems) but once I want to insert in "step-by-step" mode and even though, it doesn't give any kind of error message. Sadly it gives only the first image, like a screenshot and there's no way to get in and edit anything. It won't play either.
I'm really not sure how I could proceed otherwise to get this movie.
Would you please know how this could be resolved please ?

Hi Nadege,
It sounds like Storyline isn't able to capture the individual clicks based on how you're viewing/running the additional set up. Perhaps instead you could insert it as a video and then look at building out any of the sections manually using screenshots that you would need to test the users on.

Sorry for the late answer and thank you for your reply.
I think that indeed, I can't get the clicks. It's a pity. I think I'll use your solution if I can manage to get a video without using TeamViewer (which may not be this easy in our current setup).
