Record video

Hello,
We are launching a new website for our HR team and we wanted to create a tutorial document, using Articulate Storyline 2, to show them how to use that website (log in, search,...).
We want that document to then be in a pdf format so that the team can print it out.
We made screen videos using Articulate Storyline 2 but when we publish in Word format, the slides are blurry and in really bad quality. What seemed really neat and clear on Storyline becomes blurry and totally unreadable in the Word document.
Is there something I didn't do right ? Is there anyway to record screen and then have images on a PDF in good quality ?
Thanks,

Hi Marie P,
I'm assuming that you used the Record Screen function to create the videos? I have been creating a series of these for our LMS training and have gotten pretty good, but not perfect screenshot quality. They are still good enough to be helpful, and I am adding my own text to help make anything clear that isn't readable in the slides.
I published mine from the View mode, step-by-step slides.
One thing you could do to make them look a little less fuzzy would be to select all of the images and shrink the size a bit, but I'm not sure that would accomplish what you want.
It looks like other users have reported the same issue and that Articulate is aware of it.
Yes, I did use the Record Screen function. In the Player, it looks fine but in Word, the quality is awful and, since the text on our website is small, it's totally unreadable and fuzzy !
I'm afraid I can't shrink the images as the text is just about readable in the Player..
No solution, then ?
Hi Marie!
This is an issue that we've shared with the QA Team, but I have no update to provide at this time. I will add this thread for user awareness and update when applicable.
Well... PowerPoint it is then !
Thank you for your help !
