Record who filled out a survey question?

I have a small project and we are using Articulate Online for the LMS (love the one button upload to the LMS!), the issue I'm running into is that the client has requested a number of free form answer questions. I used a survey essay question, as it was the only way to handle the question they wanted answered. Ex: ... "how might you respond when asked..." and they want them to come up with their own short answer. 

This works and the answers are stored to the LMS, but there is no way to track who answered the question. Is there a way to attach a name to the question from their LMS login?
