I did several screen recordings today and they work wonderfully. They were done independently and saved as different .story files. I tried to copy them into another project as separate scenes and when I did, the formatting is very screwed up. I tried recording from within the new document...I tried importing from the original location, but I get the same result. Very frustrating. Prime version below works perfectly...v2 does not. I was unable to load v2 .story file (108MB). I appreciate any insight.
It sounds like you're trying to combine screen recordings from two Storyline files into one file, correct?
Importing from one Storyline file to another is your best bet here. From the screenshots you sent, I can tell that the Story Size in the "Prime" file (1916 x 1045) is much larger than the Story Size in the "v2" file.
To fix this, you'll want to be sure the Story Size for both files matches before doing the import.
