Recorded screen pulsing in and out after publishing

In Storyline 2, I have used built out training with a system recording. the recording was inserted into a scene with the Step by Step Slides/View Mode Steps settings. I have added Arrows and boxes to highlight parts of the screen recording. It looks great when I preview it in Articulate. I have published it to both Articulate Online and to Bridge LMS. in both when I play it select screens seem to pulse in and then out almost like there are 2 layers of the recording. And on some slides it looks like the screen recording is shifted to the right, causing some arrows to incorrectly point at the target. This is the first time I have had this happen. Has any one had this issue, and do you know if there is a solution? Thanks

Hi, Mark. Sorry you're running into that!
This behavior sounds very similar to a bug we're investigating in Storyline 2: Actions in a screen recording inserted as step-by-step slides get duplicated during playback. We found this only happens in the HTML5 output, but not Flash. Does that match what you're seeing?
With your permission, I'd like to take a close look at your .story file to determine if it's related to this bug. If that works for you, you can share the file privately with me here. I'll let you know what I find, and will delete it after troubleshooting.
