I was using Storyline to record a webinar training session. At about 2 hours in, all of a sudden the "Saving" progress bar displayed. When I tried to toggle back to the SL app, SL had closed down. Did I lose two hours of recording?

Hi Cindy,

There is a time limit of two hours for a screen recording, and Storyline will automatically save the recording after 2 hours. However, after the save process, you should have seen the Insert Slides window appear. 

When you open Storyline, you should see Recent Files on the left side of the window. Do you see your screen recording file listed there?
