Is anyone else having issues with the record screen feature recording outside of the selected perimeters? I have attempted it twice now and was not having this issue last week. Not fun for someone in a time crunch... ugh.
Hi there, Erika. It looks like you set the parameters a bit left and down from where the tool is actually recording. Let's try a repair of Storyline and a reboot. If the wacky recording area is still happening, we'll be happy to have a closer look at some settings!
Thank you. I have done what you suggested with no luck. As you can see from my screenshot and the red lines my arrows are pointing to, the perimeters are set where I'd like the screen to record. I use this feature all the time and had no issues with it last week. The three attempts are noted above the 4th attempt. The fourth attempt was after uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting my device.

I took a look at the case and it looks like Arika was able to resolve this issue using the DPI settings outlined here.
Hi Ashley; I’m already at 100% scaling and am using 360, not SL 2, if that makes a difference.
Any other ideas?
