Recording screen is not working correctly-Storyline 360

Is anyone else having issues with the record screen feature recording outside of the selected perimeters? I have attempted it twice now and was not having this issue last week. Not fun for someone in a time crunch... ugh.

Thank you. I have done what you suggested with no luck. As you can see from my screenshot and the red lines my arrows are pointing to, the perimeters are set where I'd like the screen to record. I use this feature all the time and had no issues with it last week. The three attempts are noted above the 4th attempt. The fourth attempt was after uninstalling and reinstalling and rebooting my device.

Help please.

I see Arika is using Storyline 360 as well, so let's see if a simple Storyline repair helps resolve this recording issue on your machine.
