My recorded screens appear black. I have seen other discussions from years ago. I have attempted to insert these recording both as step-by-step slides and video. They appear black each time on the scene and when previewing. I am running this course as HTML5.
I need to know what to do soon as this is a short deadline project.

The problem could be due to a corrupted text or an image. You may try to hide objects on the slide and then add them back in one at a time, preview. This way you find what is stopping the preview.
