When I record with voice over on our software screens, the result is terrible. The screens are fuzzy. The quality is very unprofessional.
I have adjusted the story size, the player and my desktop settings. Nothing seems to help. Has anyone else had this problem? I searched through the different sites in this community but could find nothing on this.

Have you checked the option for image/video quality as well?
If not, you can do this by going through any of the publishing options (Web, LMS, etc.) and click the link next to Quality.
