I made multiple recording and inserted them in See mode in my Storyline file. I am now trying to insert the recordings as Try. I have inserted two recording with no problem. One will not insert.
I get no error message. It simply shows the window, "Building slides 1 - ..." then closes to show an empty slide; no other slides added to the scene.
I don't see any reason this recording is different.
Welcome to the community. I just want to verify that you are working within the guidelines as described here. Also, is this the first time you have seen this happen? You may also want to look at the steps listed in this article.
