I am publishing several courses into our LMS. I have included resources in each course. I have all resources saved and located in the same file locally and I will have random courses show that the resource is not found when played in our LMS. Out of 14 courses I've had 2 so far come up showing an error message of not available. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Are you able to determine if it's particular resources types? You may want to test one of these problematic courses at a site such as SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content. If it works as expected there, you'll then be able to share those results with your LMS team.
I uploaded the course to SCORM Cloud and it didn't work there either. I have deleted the PDF, Resaved the PDF, Deleated the attachement in Resources in the Player, Readded the resource and it still gives an Error 404: File Not Found Message. This is very frustrating so any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. All Resource files are PDF and saved locally.
We may need to take a look at one of the PDF files and how you have linked it within Storyline. Can you attach a sample .story file and a PDF here so that we can set what you set up?

Thanks Ashley,

Is there a way I can share the course privately?
Sure thing Denise - you can send it to me here. Just let me know once you've submitted it!
Ok one of the projects and the PDF have been submitted.
Thank you so much
I've now sent the 2nd one that doesn't work as well.
Thanks Denise - I saw the files come through. Which course title is the one that behaves correctly vs. the one that doesn't?
opps! I sent the two that behave incorrectly. I will upload one that behaves correctly now.
Hi Denise,
I'll send you a link to upload one of those so that we don't open multiple cases. Look for an email from Support@articulate.com soon.
