Before I published my project to the LMS I changed the identifier name for the project. I found out that I actually should have left the name the same, but now I cannot seem to find the original identifier name. How can I recover this?
When you are publishing your course for LMS, the first Identifier is a unique string of characters assigned by Storyline that your LMS uses to identify your course. If you're republishing a course that's already in your LMS, don't change the value in this field.
Changing/Customizing this field would be up to you in how you need to manage it within your LMS.
I'll leave that to the community for feedback of how they handle this need and any best practices they've learned along the way :)

If you have the old scorm you could find it in the manifest files as it is meant to be unique I don't think it is recoverable.
You could also look at a backup before you made the change.
Great suggestions, Phil! Hope that is of some assistance, G. :)
What if it was originally SCORM and republished as AICC, can I just use the course title as the identifier?
