I accidently deleted my story line file for a project. However, I saved it as a web page project. I am trying to open the webpage I saved but I can't seem to get it to open. A black screen with the loading sign keeps coming up, and I also don't have any other files with it except the analytics file.
If anyone can help me recover my filed I would appreciate it
Hello. If you deleted the source .story file from your computer, you could potentially recover it using a tool such as Undelete, there are some pay and free tools out there to use. The quicker you try to undelete the better, as the more you do on your computer, which writes to your disk, the less chance of 100% recovery.
The web version you are looking for may be good, but won't be your source if you still need it.
If you published to Articulate Review, you should be able to log into your Articulate 360 account and find it there, see attachment.
Good luck! It can be frustrating for sure to lose work on a file you have spent a lot of time at.
