You could add the images to a layout and apply that to the slides (except the first three). Here is some info on workign with masters and layouts. OR, you could add the images to the slide master and use triggers to hide them for the first three slides.
Hi, Linda -- I see that Michael has shared some great suggestions to assist you here, but if you happened to have something else in mind, you may want to upload your file to help illustrate what you'd like to achieve. The ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left of the reply box is what you'd need to upload. :)
