Red menu button on the quiz

you have created a custom menu?  do you have that button on the quiz slide master?

I have not created a custom menu (the button appear automatically in storyline 2 quiz). Yes, the button appear in every quiz slide.

Is it possible that you used a template or slide master that has that button included? It doesn't look like a built in feature of Storyline. If you're still having difficulty please share your .story file here with us so that we can take a look.

Do you know in what place can I change this? I can't found it... Only appears in the quiz...

go to the View Tab > Slide Master and look for a slide  in the left hand panel that has the red menu button on it...you can then delete it from the master and all your slides using that layout should be updated.  Just check there may be more than one slide layout in the master that has the button on it.
