On every .story file I pull up in Storyline 2, I am unable to edit text. When I do, I get a large red x. I tried everything. I uninstalled Storyline 2 and reinstalled a new version. I work directly on my C drive. But every story file I have continues to be uneditable. I cannot enter text into new projects. A red x appears. Please advise.
