I have uploaded my Storyline 360 course to Blackboard as a SCORM file but I've noticed the username reference I applied throughout the course isn't working at all. Where it should appear saying Welcome <%username%> there is nothing appearing. However, in the web version of the same course it is functioning as expected. Has anyone experienced this before/have any tips to try?
How are you setting the variable for the Username?
Does it say nothing at all, or it doesn't update to reflect the variable value? Also, did you include the < > brackets? For Storyline to reference a variable you only need to use the %VariableName% within an existing text box.
