Any way to change how the attachments open? IE opens a new tab; Chrome opens a separate browser. Employees close the entire browser in LMS and won't receive credit for completing. Is there a way to change settings so that it reacts the same way no matter what browser you view course?
While there isn't a way to choose how certain browsers open an attachment, one solution can be to insert the resource as a web object. That way, you can decide how you want the web object to display: In slide or In a new browser window.
